Description

The campaign is planned by the National Cybersecurity Alliance in America, which last year was supported in 129 countries worldwide.

The webinar will promote 4 key behaviours to internet users to help keep them safe from cybercrime:

  • strong passwords and password management
  • multi-factor authentication
  • recognising and reporting phishing
  • updating software

Attendees will receive a post-webinar information pack in digital form that can be shared with parents, to further spread the importance of these 4 key behaviours.

Education Data Hub’s Marie Kearney will also cover schools' cyber security; safeguarding, and schools' responsibilities relating to the new updates to Keeping Children Safe In Education, as well as information to access further school staff cyber security training and school cyber reviews.
