What's required for a child protection conference.

A child protection conference brings together family members (and the child or children where appropriate), supporters, advocates and those professionals most involved with the child and family to make decisions about the child's future safety, health and development.

The multi agency report forms for Initial Child Protection Conferences (ICPC) or Review Child Protection Conferences (RCPC) can be found in the reports forms and templates area of the Derby City and Derbyshire Safeguarding Childrens Board Procedure Manual.

Further information on procedures for a child protection conferences can also be found on the Derby and Derbyshire Safeguarding Children Boards website.
