Analyse School Performance (ASP) is the replacement for RAISEonline.
Important IDSR reminder from Ofsted
We would like to remind you that Ofsted will be removing historic IDSRs from the DfE’s Analyse School Performance (ASP). This does not affect your latest (2019) IDSR.
Any schools wishing to keep a copy of historic IDSRs are advised to download and save the IDSRs before they are removed later in November 2019. This will coincide with the provisional 2019 secondary IDSR release.
Should you have any IDSR data queries, please do not hesitate to contact email@example.com
Analyse School Performance is the school performance reporting service. ASP provides access to a range of detailed performance data that was previously available through the RAISEonline reports.
Access to the ASP reports is via the Department for Education's Secure Access portal, DfE Sign-in, which allows you to use the same login details for a number of different education data websites.
If anyone in a school needs access and does not have login details, then they should liaise with the DfE Sign-in Approver in their school for further advice for accessing the site and for login details.
If the DfE Sign-in Approver is no longer in the school then the headteacher or other appropriate member of staff needs to contact the DfE requesting Approver status for some else. This can be done via the DfE Sign-in.
Visit our SchoolsNet page for more information.
You can also view Ofsted inspection data summary reports and historic inspection dashboards.
The DfE have also created a useful information video for Approvers and Users that explains how to login to the new service.
