The Derbyshire Environmental Studies service offers a wealth of opportunities for learning outside the classroom for all ages and abilities across Derbyshire - including day fieldwork programmes, trips and visits, forest school and training and workshops. A drug education consultant is employed within our education improvement service.
Anyone aged between 14 and 24 years old can do a programme at one of the three levels which, when successfully completed, lead to a bronze, silver or gold Duke of Edinburgh's Award.
We provide a comprehensive outdoor education and personal development service for all maintained nursery, infant, junior and primary, special and secondary schools, academies as well as sports and youth groups, individuals or groups with additional needs.
We provide hundreds of different courses and conferences that are available to all schools.
