From now until Friday 1 May 2026, children and young people are invited to run, jog, walk or wheel two miles in their school setting, to earn their school a trophy and a chance to be entered into a draw to win a visit from Joe Wicks also known as, The Body Coach himself.
Accessible and inclusive, early years to secondary, mainstream and alternative provision school settings can get involved. The two miles can be done in one day or split over a number of days, per class or as a whole school- it's up to you and your pupils. We provide the inspiration and event essentials toolkit, you get active and have fun as a school community.
Register via the TCS/Mini London Marathon website, to get your trophy sent out and to download your event essentials toolkit and learning resources all for free.
Schools registered to take part in the Daily Mile can build the distance into their 15 minutes of daily activity. There's even a Daily Mile Marathon Tracker for pupils to track their progress and keep active during and beyond the Mini London Marathon.
As part of our new partnership with The Body Coach Foundation, all participating settings can download an activity pack with games and healthy recipes created by Joe Wicks. And for Early Years, there's some fun teaching resources from Peppa Pig, inspired by Daddy Pig running this years TCS London Marathon.
