Listed below are the dates when the local authority (LA) expects all schools to have submitted their data to the LA. If your school is submitting KS2 data, this data is submitted to the Primary Assessment Gateway (PAG) not the LA.
- Phonics - data to be submitted to the LA no later than Friday 20 June 2025.
- Early Years Foundation Stage Profile (EYFSP) - data to be submitted to the LA no later than Thursday 26 June 2025.
- Multiplication Table Check (MTC) - Voluntary - data to be submitted to the LA no later than Friday 27 June 2025.
- Key Stage 2 (KS2) - data to be submitted to the Primary Assessment Gateway no later than Friday 27 June 2025.
- Key Stage 1 (KS1) - Voluntary - data to be submitted to the LA no later than Friday 4 July 2025.
As the LA has nearly 1,000 individual returns to deal with during this summer term, please upload returns as soon as possible, ideally prior to the dates quoted but where unavoidable, we ask you to adhere to the final submission dates.

Please note the return dates published in the DfE ARA/Handbooks are the dates by which the LA must submit the assessment data to the DfE.

If your school’s MI system is Integris, please log in to Services for Schools (S4S) and you will find relevant User Guides.
Not using Integris?
Those schools that use a different software supplier for their MI system will need to obtain guidance from their MI supplier.
Pupil numbers and results
Prior to submitting your data, please ensure each return includes the correct number of pupils and ALL of their results.
Phonics – Year 1 and Year 2 re-sits
Please ensure your Phonics file includes all Y1 pupils, and any Y2 re-sits that you may have at your school this year. The results for both year groups should be within the same file. DO NOT SEND separate files for each year group. Also, please don’t forget to include any pupils that are disapplied in either Y1 or Y2.
If any pupils have joined your school since last year’s Phonics data collection, please check if any were disapplied last year whilst in Y1, or need to re-sit as they did not meet the expected standard last year whilst in Y1.

Submitting your data to the LA
All LA maintained and academy schools should submit their Phonics, EYFSP, Multiplication Table Check and Key Stage 1 data to the LA via Perspective Lite. Headteachers please ensure that staff who have access to Perspective Lite are available to upload the returns in a timely manner.
