Help shape the new All-Age Carers Strategy in Derbyshire—join the advisory group and support carers across our communities.
Derby City Council, Derbyshire County Council, and NHS Derby and Derbyshire Integrated Care Board are currently working together to develop a new Joined Up Care Derbyshire (JUCD) All-Age Carers Strategy.
They are keen for all system partners to be involved in shaping, supporting, and delivering this strategy. It is being co-produced with carers and carer support services, and they are forming an Advisory Group to help review and champion the strategy. This group will not be expected to meet formally; instead, they will share documentation with sufficient time for comment and feedback.
Schools have been identified as a valued partner in identifying and supporting young carers, and they would be delighted if you would consider joining the Advisory Group.
They aim to share the draft strategy with the group by 17 November 2025, and do not anticipate further rounds of feedback beyond this point.
