Derbyshire County Council and Derby City Council are working with young people to develop an oral health campaign for teenagers.

In order to ensure the campaign resonates with its target audience, the survey aims to discover what young people aged 13-20 already know, and think, about oral health.

To encourage as many young people as possible to complete the survey, there is the opportunity to enter an incentive draw to win £50 One4all shopping vouchers, or one of two runner up prizes of £25 One4all shopping vouchers.

The link to the survey is Oral Health for Teenagers, otherwise there is an A5 poster attached to this page with a QR code which when scanned directs straight to the survey.

All responses are confidential and will only be used for the purpose of helping to shape the key messages of the campaign.

The first part of a postcode is requested to help understand local demographics.

We are particularly pleased to be sharing this as it was created by Health & Social Care students at Chesterfield College and reviewed by Hope Valley College Student Council prior to distribution.

The survey takes around 10 mins to complete and is an ideal activity for tutor time or PHSE lessons or if more appropriate to be shared via the school’s homework app.  The closing date is 30 April 2024.

Thank you for your time and support in advance and for sharing this with young people.
